An Internet Income Opportunity Matrix For Finding The Best Keywords
If you’re trying to take advantage of an internet income opportunity by building small websites that attracts lots of free traffic from the search engines, than I’ve found a new tool that I want to share with you. It’s called the Money Word Matrix.
As you know, choosing the right keywords for your websites is vitally important. You want words that you can easily get ranked high on Google for. The words need to receive a significant amount of traffic, yet, not be too competitive. That’s what the Money Word Matrix will help you do. Take a look at it:
As you can see, on the left hand side you look for the number that Google’s Keyword Tool displays for the total number of global searches for a keyword on a monthly basis. Across the top, you look for the number of competitors that Google’s Search Tool displays tor that keyword. Using those numbers, the matrix will tell you if that keyword is a good one to use.
If you don’t use the super tool called Market Samurai, you could use the Money Word Matrix along with Bing’s Detecting Online Commercial Intention Tool to find super keywords to use for your websites. Let me show you an example.
Let’s say that I wanted to create a website and promote a product that helps to stop dogs from barking.
If I go to Google’s Keyword Tool and I enter phrase “stop dog barking”, I get the following results:
“Stop dog barking” receives about 90,500 searches on a monthly basis – nearly 3,000 per day. Next, I want to find out if “stop dog barking” has any commercial value.
Why? Because if the keywords that I want to use for my website are not likely to be used by “buyers”, than it would be pointless to use those words to promote my product. I want traffic that’s willing to buy, and not just visitors.
So, I take my potential keyword to Bing’s Detecting Online Commercial Intention Tool and I enter it in there. I got the following results:
Pow!! Not very good – not at all. The phrase “stop dog barking” shows a 54% probability that it would be used by “lookers”, and not buyers. So, I better look for another keyword phrase.
Going back to Google’s Keyword Tool, I found another phrase further down the list – “dog bark control”. Here, take a look at it:
That phrase receives about 18,100 searches per month. That’s less than the first one, but it’s still about 600 searches per day. Let’s see what kind of commercial value Bing’s tool will give this potential keyword.
That’s GOOD! Bing estimates that there is a 99% chance the phrase “dog bark control” would be used by potential buyers. That’s the type of words that I want to use for my website!
Now, the last test. Let’s see how well this term fits into the Money Word Matrix.
First, I go to Google’s Search Tool and I enter the keyword into it using phrase match (be sure to use “phrase” match – much more accurate results). Here’s what I got:
Google is telling me that the term “dog bark control” has 18,400 competing pages. That’s a lot, but not terribly bad.
I take this information along with the number of Google searches done for this potential keyword and I fit them into the Money Word Matrix. I got the following results:
As you can see, the Matrix identifies this potential keyword as a Good choice. Now, this term has passed my commercial value test and the Money Matrix test. It’s a good keyword to use for creating my internet income opportunity website – I just need to find three or four more.
Use this method to help you identify better key words for your websites. You want to find keywords that will give you plenty of traffic, have commercial value, and not too much competition.
Or, take a look at Market Samurai. Yes, I’m an affiliate and would make a commission, but I’m not sure why everybody doesn’t use it. It automates this entire process and does much, much more. | Let me show you an income opportunity home based business that anybody can succeed in if they have a little bit of knowledge about creating websites and search engine optimization. It’s not a “get rich quick” scheme |

although it can lead to a 6-figure salary. It does require work, especially at first, but further on in this post I’ll show you how to get around the manual tasks.
Let’s face it, we are in a recession. We have been in it for over 2-1/2 years and I don’t expect much of an improvement for several more years.
Besides those that are unemployed, who gets hurt most in a recession? Small businesses. Small businesses are screaming for more business so that they can keep their doors open. They are desperate for more customers.
That’s where you come in. You can use your knowledge in website design, creation, and SEO to provide these businesses with additional customers that they so desperately need.
Let me provide you some data:
=>Verizon statistics report that 66% of the public rarely or never uses the Yellow Pages. The Yellow Pages have been replaced by Google. Most people search online if they need to find something.
=>Google reports that 82% of all searches on the internet are for local searches. Of those 82%, 61% become actual buyers, either online or offline.
=>Nearly 46% of small businesses don’t have a website.
Unbelievable! Nearly 46% of small businesses don’t have a website and of those that do have a website, how many of those business owners either know or use proper SEO tactics? My guess if that very few of them do. Many of them have pretty websites, but very few of them are optimized.
So, use your knowledge and become a local online marketing consultant in your local area. Yes, there may be others that know more about creating websites and SEO than you do, but, if you’re still reading this posting, I would be willing to bet that you know more about these subjects than 99% of most people. And, that makes you an expert!

If you want to make a six figure income, which would you prefer to do – sell 3,334 eBooks that provide $30 commission for each sale or get 8 small business’s paying you for your consulting work? That’s what it takes to make a $100,000 per year.

Create a website at any number of website platforms, but I would recommend WordPress Direct. What makes it special is that the themes that are used on that site are already optimized – it’ll be much easier to get on Page 1 of Google.
Now, once you’ve created a website for the small business, offer them a contract for your SEO expertise. Let them know that unless they already know how to get their website ranked on Page 1, that you can do it for them. That fee normally runs about $1000 per month.
Look, most businesses are already advertising and spending money on the Yellow Pages. Point out to them that these forms of advertising are dinosaurs and are now pretty much a waste of money.
You’ll be surprised at how many of them will agree with you on that point. Now, just convince them that you can get their website ranked on Page 1 and your income opportunity home based business will be off and running.
TIP#1: One of the things I do to locate potential customers is that I search the newspapers to see who is advertising and who has a website. If they don’t have a website, they’re an ideal potential client.

Another Internet Income Opportunity Trick
| One of the most common questions that I get asked is, “Where can I find an affiliate program that I can make money on?” That’s a question that I get asked a lot! There are a number of answers to that question, but let me show you a trick on finding an internet income opportunity. |

If you’ve done any article marketing, then you are familiar with Ezinearticles, Squidoo, Hubpages and a host of other article marketing sites. What’s great about these sites is that Google’s search engine loves them. You don’t even need a website to get your articles ranked high on Google. Just post your well-written articles to these sites (and include your affiliate links) and you’re likely to get a lot of visitors because Google will likely give your article a high ranking.
Use this to take advantage of an internet income opportunity!
Here’s the trick. Go to these article marketing sites and search for “HOT” articles that are promoting affiliate products. These “HOT” articles will not only show you what affiliate products they are promoting, but these articles will also show you the keywords that are “HOT”.
| For example (and this example took me only 5 minutes to do), I went to Hubpages and I clicked on TOPICS towards the top of the page. Then, I clicked on |

GAMING, TOYS, and HOBBIES, then COMPUTERS and VIDEO GAMES, and finally on VIDEO WARGAMING.
One of the “HOT” articles displayed there was an article titled Play War Of Titans Online Game. Reading this article, I could tell that the keywords for this article were “War of Titans Online Game”. These words appeared in the first and last paragraphs of the article and a number of other times throughout the article.
Next, I clicked on the links to see what was being sold. They were all war games and they were all being sold through Amazon. It’s easy to become an affiliate for Amazon!
Now, I wanted to find out how many times the keywords “War of Titans Online Game” are searched for on Google, so I went to Google’s keyword tool and I got the following results:
Those words are searched on Google about 880 times per month – not enormous, but that’s still 25-30 times per day.
Next, I wanted to know how much competition those keywords would have on Google. I got the following results:
Only 7 competing pages – that’ it! There was virtually no competition for those keywords on Google. Furthermore, because Google loves Hubpages so much, our Hubpage article was ranked #1!
What’s great about this is that most article submitters to these article marketing sites don’t build any links to the articles that they submit – they rely upon the strength their articles get in the search engines because they’re posted on Hubpages, Squidoo, or Ezinearticles.
To check this out, I used my Cherry Picker tool (if you’re not sure what this FREE tool is, read my article Cherry Picking An Internet Income Opportunity). Following are the results that I got:
Exactly what I expected – our Hubpages article has “0″ incoming links. In fact, 9 out of the top 10 sites that are ranking on the first page in Google has “0″ incoming links. Now, how easy would that be to beat?!
All you would have to do to beat any of these sites on page 1 of Google for those keywords is to do a little better SEO. Write and submit an article using those same keywords and build a few incoming links. Or, build a website using those same keywords and build a few links.
So, use this sneaky little trick to build your internet income opportunity!
Network Marketing Internet Business Newbie Mistakes
| There are some very common mistakes made by Newbies in the network marketing internet business. I’m not surprised that some of these mistakes are made because I made some of these same mistakes when I first started out. That’s why I’m writing this posting so that I can help others who are first starting out to avoid these mistakes. |

Avoid These Common Mistakes:
1. Failure To Capture Email Addresses
If you’re trying to drive organic(free) traffic to your website, why shouldn’t you take the time to capture their email addresses? Yes, they have to give it to you, but why not take the time and ask them for it? It never hurts to ask!
If a visitor to your site likes what they see and read, they’ll probably be pleased to give you their email address. After all, that means that they can get some more of that good information in the future and they don’t have to take the time to remember your website’s address.
Getting your visitor’s email address allows you to build a relationship with them. You’ll get more visitors to your site who are just looking and not buying, but if you’ll buid a confident relationship with them, they’ll be more likely to buy in the future. And, they’re likely to become repeat customers!
The best way to ask a visitor to your site to give their email address to you is to offer them something free in return. Offer them a free report, advice, or a free tool. Let them know that their email address is safe with you and that they can always opt-out if they no longer want to receive any more emails from you.

2. Failure To Try To Sell More
If you’ve got a visitor to your site and they’ve decided to make a purchase, don’t be afraid to ask them to make an additional purchase.
It’s always easier to sell someone who has already made a purchase and still has their credit card in-hand.
Do this within seconds after they’ve made their first purchase.
Make sure that the second product that you’re going to try to sell them is somehow related to the first product that they’ve already bought. For example, if you’ve just sold a customer the plans to build solar panels for their home, why not make them an second offer for the plans to build a solar heating unit for their swimming pool? You may increase your profits in your network marketing internet business!
3. Reducing The Cost Of Google Adwords
Remember that I said that it’s important to capture a visitor’s email address? Well, that’s especially important if you’re advertising on Google Adwords!
How many times have you advertised on Google Adwords and your cost to do it was $500 and the sales you made only netted you $450? That’s a net loss of $50.
Well, if you’re capturing email addresses, you’ll have the opportunity to make up that $50 loss with potential sales in the future.
4. Using The Wrong Keywords
All too often and the biggest mistake made by Newbies is that they use the wrong keywords for their websites, articles, and videos. As a result, they get very little traffic and they find it almost impossible to get ranked.
Newbies are anxious to get started – I know, I was there and made the same mistakes. Choosing keywords that are too general and too competitive is a waste of time and energy.
Before you get started, sloooow down, choose the right niche, and the right keywords. Keywords that have enough traffic, but not too much competition.
There is a Google tool that can help you find the right keywords to choose. That tool is at http://www.google.com/sktool/.
This tool will help you find keyword phrases that are relevant to your niche and gives you an estimated level of traffic. Choose keywords that are long-tail(multiple words), have a sufficient amount of daily traffic, and are not too competitive.

5. Using Keywords That Won’t Sell
A BIG MISTAKE!
Some keywords just won’t bring you visitors who are willing to buy. They will only bring you visitors who are looking for information and doing research.
Ask any expert on Google Adwords – there are certain keywords that will bring buyers and other keywords will attract only lookers.
When you choose keywords for your website, articles, and videos, be sure that you use keywords that hungry buyers would use.
So, after you do your keyword research on google.com/sktool, take your chosen keywords to Bing’s Online Commercial Intention Tool and find out what the probability is that those keywords will be words that buyers would use. This tool is FREE to use.
If you’ve found 3-4 keywords that have sufficient amounts of traffic,are not too competitive, and are likely to be used by buyers, you’ve likely found a gold mine!
Now, let me tell you about a tool that can do all of these things for you, and it does it automatically. Yes, it does cost some money, but not that much. I think that at some point, it’ll be used by everyone in the internet marketing or affiliate marketing business.
